We had brought in a lethargic kitten we found and took home with us over Thanksgiving weekend. We came here the next day when things took a turn for the worse and there were no other options near us that were open. The doctor we saw (believe the name was Dr Gonzalez) and her team were beyond compassionate and understanding, and it really felt like they were there for us when we had to make the difficult choice to let her go. We appreciated the process being explained to us as it was done, and being allowed to hold her during her last moments. Thank you for taking care of our Stella ❤

My cat Munchie and I just got home from his first visit at Cleveland Heights (first vet visit in years) and they were absolutely wonderful. I have never gone to a vet so efficient and their facility is really nice. They were not judgemental in any way and their pricing seems very reasonable to me. They even gave me a price estimate before they did anything to him which was so nice. Answered all my questions perfectly and did everything very neatly! I will definitely be coming back with my other cats!
