Had my first visit with them yesterday and I have to say I'm probably never going anywhere else! They are amazing! Not only did the vet treat our new rescue pup so caringly and didn't recommend spending money on unnecessary tests (or try to sell us stuff we didn't really need) she kept the bill low and still provided the best treatment. She and her staff also helped when my 2 year old had a mini melt down. They brought out colored pencils, paper and stickers so she could color, and the Dr. even played with her. Absolutely amazing people here! They took great care of both my babies! Thank you guys, you've got a customer for life!

We moved to Lakeland when we first began using Cleveland Heights for our two dogs, 4 yr old Bulldog and 10 month Cane Corso. I had asked around and their name came up a few times. Bottom line... I am VERY HAPPY with this veterinary clinic! Every examination, diagnosis, and treatment were performed with excellence from the three doctors we've worked with. One ailment was very concerning to us, serious stomach disorder. The staff got her in and the vet's Rx regimen was right on, she was cured in less than 48 hours. Every encounter I've had with any staff member has been excellent. I don't know if I could find a vet with lower fees, but I don't care! I get VALUE for my money at Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital as the health of my dogs is bloody well PRICELESS!!
