Cleveland Heights animal hospital is GREAT!! When you first walk in it is a beautiful clinic and smells SO clean! My husband noticed that right off since he is very sensitive to smells. They got us right in when we got there even after fitting us in because they knew our pup needed his shots! April and front desk were so kind on the phone, Katie offers great advice and is always willing to help, Hannah went out of her way to answer questions since we are first time dog owners and Dr. DeGroat was fast and thorough and sweet to our Pup Tucker. He was not scared at all and seemed to love the staff! I will continue to be a customer there. Thank you Cleveland Heights!! Keep up the AWESOME work!
